Event Staffing & Food and Beverage Catering
We require one year of experience in catering, banquet or restaurant service in a fine dining establishment for all wait-staff and bartenders. Bartenders must be cross-trained and willing to do service work, in addition to bar work. All bartenders must be F.A.I.R. (Fundamentals of Alcoholic Intoxication Recognition) or C.A.R.E. (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively) certified prior to serving a drink at one of our events. TiPS Certification alone is NOT acceptable for bartenders; bartenders must have F.A.I.R or C.A.R.E certification. Barbecue grillers must be either currently enrolled in, or hold a degree from, a culinary arts program, or have a minimum of one year restaurant and/or catering experience. Chefs/Cooks/Barbecue grillers must have a valid ServSafe Certification.
Our staff must present a positive attitude and friendly disposition at all times. We require all staff to maintain professional grooming appearance standards and have personal transportation to and from events. Punctuality is a must; lateness is not an option. All new hires must take and successfully pass our Celebrate Events World Class Service training, prior to placement. We offer on-call work on weekdays and weekends.
